To ensure our events maintain the highest standard, most events are capped at 15 children, including the Birthday Child (if relevant). If you wish to invite more than 15 children, a $10 additional charge per child will be invoiced.
If your event is held at a venue in which parking fees are required, you will be billed for the cost of the parking fee immediately after the party.
In the unlikely event that any of our entertainer's equipment (including costume items) is damaged by you or your party during an event, you will be charged for the cost of repair. To a maximum of $400.
Our entertainers are there to bring magic to your party. We have a strict safety policy to ensure the best day ever for all children, adults and our entertainers. If our entertainer feels they are in a situation that is rude, inappropriate, or unsafe, they are permitted to temporarily step away from the party until a solution is found. If an issue cannot be resolved, entertainers are permitted to exit the party permanently. You are not eligible for a refund if entertainers leave due to a safety/harassment concern.
If you need to cancel your event, you will be refunded any payment (minus the deposit) if it is within 3 days of the scheduled event date. If for any reason, Fairy Godmother Events cancels your event, you will be offered an alternate date or time for your event. If in the case that is not suitable, you will be refunded any payment in full (including the deposit).
If any events are scheduled on a public holiday, a 25% surcharge will apply when booking. This must be paid in your initial deposit and is non-refundable.
